| Comments: |
we parked on North Rd. near Mill Brook Road, which was not plowed..we walked up to Scudder Trail sign then up to the big wood yard where another sign is...that sign had an "Sh" written before Ingalls in blue ink making the sign say "Mt. Shingalls"..that's dumb..another sign the same in the col of Cabot..down low trail was frozen with a light dusting covering, up higher loose powder..a group of five came from Philbrook and had it broken out before us, thanks..we then came down and went to Cabot, down the Red Trail to the Yellow Trail, back to Scudder and out...clouds covering the higher peaks today not much of a view, but good enough of the surrounding area..... |
