| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Busy at Lincoln Woods as usual but not packed. Lots of rangers/search and rescue upon my return around 5pm. I saw them out on the trail as well, looking for a hiker who went out the day before. |
| Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Mud - Significant |
| Recommended Equipment: |
| Water Crossing Notes: |
Easily crossable, plenty of flowing water sources |
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Just a couple blowdowns; small and passable |
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Saw only a few on my return on Lincoln Woods Trail, had my own dog with me, all were well behaved and in control. This trail had plenty of flowing water for dogs to drink after yesterday's rain, but I always recommend bringing some just in case. |
| Bugs: |
SO MANY BUGS! Spray, bring spray, wear nets... even at the summit of Bondcliff, I barely took time to eat my sandwich because it was riddled with mosquitoes and other bugs. |
