Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: One simple step over on the Undercut Trail
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Nice color system to denote trails. There is a huge blowdown on the Undercut Trail. Prema climbed over it, I walked around it. Thank you for these lovely trails!
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Watch those ledges and those TICKS!
Bugs
Bugs: Very windy, would have gotten off free if we just used Pasture as an out and back. One portion of the Undercut was sheltered from the wind, so a few skeeters were out. Ramsey had a lot of dead leaves on the trail and undercut had lovely tall ferns and grass, so I think that's where we got our ticks.

Comments
Comments: Plan B, because we just couldn't find the road that takes you to Eagle
cliff and the Teedie Trail. This was a blessing in disguise, because this was a perfect day for West Rattlesnake. Went up Pasture and was there before we knew it. Enjoyed the perfect blue waster and sky and clouds. Descended Ramsey; please note that near the top, Ramsey has some nice ledges as well. It is steep and most folks probably don't use it for descent, but I did not think it was bad. Got down and noticed the Undercut Trail, which we need for redlining. This is a very pretty woods walk, there are some marshy areas; so you may want to avoid this until bug season is over. Undercut comes out just below the parking lot on 113. Did not feel like dealing with skeeters again so we took a very lovely road walk back. We did the 5 minutes of the Ramsey Trail we hadn't finished earlier. Were going to go over to 5 fingers, but it was getting late. Great Day!
