| Lost and Found: |
Almost lost: my restraint - when I witnessed a woman blow her nose at the start of Gorge Brook Trail and then toss the dirty tissue into the trees. From my vantage point it seemed like she had plenty of pockets on her pack and person but instead she chose to throw her snot rag on the ground and let someone else deal with it. COME ON PEOPLE!!! |

Beautiful day for a classic loop. I went clockwise to get some additional views while descending the upper part of Gorge Brook Trail. Trails were mostly dry with a small mix of other conditions noted. There was some wind at the top but nothing that would knock you around. Abundant sun, blue skies and comfy temps made for a pleasant morning walk. Being this was my first significant hike in four months made it especially enjoyable. |
