What a great hike. Be sure to gaze at the incredible amount of lady slippers on the first .5 mile.
The last .5 mile going up the north side is a stair climber but the reward is the awesome trail from north to south peak, magical stuff.
On this hike you'll get at least:
3 areas where you think you're in an elven forest
2 river clearings where you'll want to build a house
1 person hiking with an axe you'll fall in love with (not guaranteed) |
