Not much could be added to rocket21's thorough report. The afternoons light rain kept rocks slick. Roots were what got me a few times. Most prefer up North/down South; but I think I would've preferred counter clockwise today as there seems to be more unstable, loose stuff on South. Refreshing light rain, hardly any bugs and nice company on another Fathers Day hike (Thanks Crystal). Great to run into Jeremy, Jeff Dublinske, Rich Gambale (with Miles and Smiles) and group of 4 who coincidently we had met on Moriah last year on Fathers Day; what are the odds. |
