No blowdowns. Trail is in dire need of work to save rock steps and waterbars that are collapsing due to erosion. One step in particular is dangerous due to its size and how undermined it is. |

Some mosquitoes at the trailhead, but otherwise bugs were not much of an issue this afternoon. |

| Comments: |
The lower half of the trail was damp this afternoon, a few hours after the rain ceased. Above the top water crossing, the trail was dominated by slippery rocks and running water. Very little mud. Wide variety of wildflowers down low. |
