Trail in great shape; only one or two step-overs to deal with. Looks like someone has been out clearing the more troublesome blowdowns with an axe. Thanks! Ladders/stairs are in great shape. |

black flies were troublesome on lower Osseo Trail whenever we stopped. Otherwise not too bad. |

Busy day on what used to be a quiet trail. Weather was fantastic. Great view from the top of Flume as well as from the two viewpoints near the ladders on Osseo. Apparently there is a pine marten hanging around the summit. We did not see it but someone who was up there earlier posted a picture on FB. |
