Comments
Comments: Well I wanted to get out and miss the black flies that have been swarming around my head everywhere else in the state. The trail was very muddy but I was able to keep on mostly all rocks. There were a few monorail spots that did not require any spikes as they were so short. I had my altra mids on and did just fine. Washington stayed in the clouds but some gray jays did come out while I waited. I was shocked to see not as many people on such a nice temperature day up there. I made it back down and only dunked my foot in the water crossing because I was not paying attention. It is crazy that May 30th still had patched of snow though!
