 | Comments: |
Southeast Land Trust of New Hampshire now has a clearly marked trail system here (all are unnamed at the moment) - one loop goes around the entire pond and another loops over just the Stonehouse cliff. I walked the former today, made up of white, red and blue-blazed trails. This trail system replaces a series of informal paths. The former unofficial route along the southeast side of the pond has been closed due to being poorly located and erosion.
Excellent views from atop the cliff, this was my first time here. It was like a small-scale Cathedral Ledge. Dry trail all around with just a few tiny areas of mud. |
