Met Josh at parking lot and hiked the Hancocks together. Solid trail in beginning with 2" new snow to 4" at Hancock Loop Trail junc to 6" plus new snow at summits. Trail from North Hancock to South Hancock disappeasred in many spots from new snow but the numerous yellow blazes made trail finding very manageable. Lots of fun snowshoe slidding down South Hancock with the fresh new snow. Lots of snow melting off trees from temps and sun gave us showers of raindrops. Another great sunny day to be hiking. Happy St. Patrick's Day |
