Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Several streams, easily crossable by rock hopping.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Pockets of thick mud were the big issue on the trail, usually avoidable by sticking close to the side, sometimes had to step in it. A couple well-placed rocks could really help.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: A couple pups on the trail seemed to have good hikes. Muddy in places makes clean up tough, but good hike for dogs.
Bugs
Bugs: A few at the trailhead, almost none on the trail
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: None.

Comments
Comments: Biggest hazard/annoyance was mud in pockets throughout the trail. So be prepared to get your shoes wet and muddy. Some monorail between Mt. Osceola and East Osceola, but mostly stable or avoidable. Really lovely hike. Fantastic views from the top of Osceola. The stretch between the two peaks is very steep and difficult at points, but really fun.
