Comments
Comments: Headed up Old Noyes Road looking for the junction with King's Highway. Happened to look to the left just below a height of land and saw a sign for King's Highway on a tree. Cut through woods towards the sign then took a heading almost perpendicular to the track along an old overgrown snowmobile trail. Followed this until it started heading away from our goal so started bushwhack from here. Our route was up and down hills, through clean woods, a large cut area filled with new growth about 6-7' tall, some marshy moose grass areas, a couple of steep mossy climbs then finally we found the jar! We signed in and decided to take a heading that would hopefully be straighter but also avoid the regrowth area. Headed mostly downhill, following a creek much of the way, finally crossing and heading up a moderately steep hill back to King's Highway almost exactly where we first cut in. A bit further to Old Noyes Road and down that back to our car.
