 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Bravecto. My friend tells me her dogs do well on it for ticks. Occasionally a tick will still be attached when they get back to the house, but always dead when found. Expensive, but works. |
|
 | Bugs: |
Lots of ticks today.
Halo of gnats, as well. |

 | Comments: |
Trail is mostly dry with a couple easily avoidable mudpits.
Bring your mosquito-net cap. Instead of the gnats tormenting you, YOU torment them.
Nice bluebird day, though. My friend's son needed a 3 mile hike for Scouts, so this was perfect at 3.2 miles round trip. |
