Comments
Comments: Air Line was free of snow until about 1/4 mile below treeline, then there was a pretty decent monorail. Thanks to it being just above freezing this morning it was solid and I never postholed. Above treeline was mostly bare rock, with some rime ice on the rocks up Adams, but nothing crazy. Wind wasn't too bad today, but it was chilly. Some patches of snow around Madison Hut, but all solid today. Osgood up Madison was bare with occasional ice patches. Wanted nothing to do with Valley Way so I headed back over to Air Line and went back down that way. Saw 5 people all day.
