Comments
Comments: After a road walk, dry trail to start, started seeing snow in patches around .8, right before the first water crossing. We put on microspikes right before the second water crossings (a little over a mile in). Monorail was mostly stable but there were some spots with serious post holes, must have been 2-3 feet deep still in spots. It was slick and a balancing act at times. Brought the snowshoes but they took a ride. snow free and muddy just before the summit. It was a beautiful day to be out, however, a lot of falls that will leave some marks.
