Finally, after a long stretch, today was sunny, clear, and warm! Had a stellar day off for a nice quiet hike to a spot with beautiful views. I continued a little past the ledges to the true summit (no views) and enjoyed the sun and warmth along the ledges. The trail was pretty dry and not that muddy overall. Passed a few people hiking down (looked like Dartmouth students) early, looked like they had slept over the night before. |
