Comments
Comments: Walked a short ways up the hill, through the gate to the kiosk. Decided to do the Blue Loop trail in a counter clockwise direction. Pretty much a steady moderate climb to the col with Little Cole, then a nice flat walk to the next trail sign. Back to climbing moderately, then steeply to the Red trail junction which continues straight up to the height of land. Followed it right past the jar, despite a boulder with a red arrow on it pointing to where it hangs on a tree just behind it! Soon realized we had passed it and returned to find that boulder... Signed in then made our way back to the Blue Loop and continued down to the car. The section where the blue and yellow trails run together for a bit is nice: lots of switchbacks so you can cruise along while admiring the views!
