Lost and Found
Lost and Found: A single gold/yellow snowshoe was on the trail about one mile up Hi-Cannon. I couldn’t carry it out since I was at the start of the loop and packing my own snowshoes, but there were others doing the trail as an out and back, so they may have carried it to the trailhead.

Comments
Comments: Another beautiful day in the White Mountains! What’s left of the monorail on Hi-Cannon was too narrow and treacherous for snowshoes. The monorail on Kinsmans was in better shape, but microspikes were still the way to go. The Cannon Balls would have been impassable without snowshoes due to deep snow and snowdrifts.
