After hiking in the Belknap Range in the morning I drove north to check out this loop just north of Franconia Notch. It was overcast and 44F when I hiked and the 4,000ft + summits were poking into the clouds. This is a very easy loop hike with amazing views and some rock scrambling. No problems on the trails, just some wet and slick rocks that should be taken with care. |
