A little leg-stretching stroll on these trails here in the city which I hadn't been on before.
Red Trail follows the old right-of-way for the trolley that used to bring people into the former amusement park which was here in the early 1900s. Yellow Trail follows along a high bank above the river, looping back to Red Trail. Just past the furthest junction where the two trails meet, a concrete causeway juts out into the river to an artificial waterfall, which was roaring today. A neat spot. |
