Feeling pretty good after the Hancocks hike so I hit up Tecumseh on the drive back home. Trail has seen more traffic in the past day+ along with some XC skis and a snowboarder. Pretty well bootpacked so I ended up barebooting the whole route (spikes and snowshoes went along for the ride ... they would have clumped up with the sticky snow.) Saw a bunch of hikers in both directions. No real surprises, a nice clear spring day with plenty of snow and the buzzing of the groomers nearby. |
