Parking/Access Road Notes: No issues. Road was in great shape.

Surface Conditions: Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Stable), Snow - Wet/Sticky, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Unstable), Snow/Ice - Postholes

Water Crossing Notes: All easily managed, may be a different story in about 2 weeks

Trail Maintenance Notes: Less trees to the face to deal w/ then other trails recently.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found an olive green hooded pullover jacket which belongs to the first hiker who summited Cabot on Sunday 4/7. We saw him with it on then I found it later on. I left the jacket at the trailhead sign. 
 
Comments
Comments: York pond road in great shape. Wore snowshoes car to car, but others used spikes for the first ~1.5 miles. Conditions have changed since the hike with some new snow. Snow pack still very high. Bring your snowshoes.
