Comments
Comments: A pretty perfect day to bag 3 peaks. Trail was beautifully packed out from trailhead. Wore microspikes the whole way. Saw a few other with either spikes or shoes. Even with the melt, didn't think snow shoes were needed. A few post holes here and there, nothing major if you stayed in the center of the trail. Ice bridges mostly intact (for now). First open water crossing near start of trail was ok, we had to step carefully on rocks to keep our feet dry, but it was manageable. Snow was getting pretty soft on our decent, making the trails pretty slippery, but nothing we couldn't handle with poles, and caution. Overall a great spring hike!!
