Comments
Comments: Pretty morning. Trail was still frozen in the a.m. and there was no ice at all until the junction of the Shannon and Summit West trails. Trail was icy until the stream crossing; could have carefully bare booted it but threw on the Hillsounds and made for an easy traverse. After the stream, there was no more ice all the way to the Bennington trail junction and the summit.
