Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Parking lot is half dirt and half ice/snow crust. After the hike with things warmer I think it caused my front tires to sink in the snow/ice a little so I was stuck. After shoveling behind front tires and then throwing in some dirt I was able to get out.

Comments
Comments: There was hardly any snow initially-some spots of ice, mud, dirt, dry ground. After Bald Peak the snow amounts increased a little. I would say around 3000ft I found it easier to use snowshoes. With the warmer temps things are getting soft and there is still a good amount of snow in the higher elevations. The ridge was fine and summiting the peaks was fine as well. A nice solid trail that was easy to follow. I switched back to spikes on the descent and didn't have issues with post-holing because it was only 9am and things still cool enough for a packed trail.
