Very stable packed mono rail, deep post holes as soon as you step off it even 6". The surface layer was good spring corn. A few slick iced over spots but not many. I took my 2 little mountain goats up for some equipment experiments. We practiced avy shovel glissading and used approach skis to slide down. Stopped at the view point on the way out to watch the big groomers work the WV slopes. Lots of fun. |
