Comments
Comments: Changing weather conditions today; 30 degrees in morning at trailhead. Light am snow, 15 minutes of sun near summit that rapidly shifted to heavy to moderate snow that lasted until return. Trail broken by skiers to Fire Warden junction; thereafter 6-8 inches unbroken snow that progressed to 12-14 inches with drifts following upper crossing. Lost my bearings in final steep section preceding outlook and was swallowed by spruce trap up to my armpits. As always, enjoyable day in the mountains.
