Comments
Comments: Trails were firm packed with a dusting of new snow on top. Some minor drifting down low and above tree line, nothing that needed snowshoes. We spiked all day without issue but snowshoes would work fine as well. The packed trail does not go near the junction of the Webster Cliff Trail. It turns hard right just after reaching tree line making a straight shot up to the summit popping out on the Webster Cliff Trail maybe 20 feet below the summit. There was also a track broken out lower following the approximate route of the actual trail towards the junction, much less traveled and drifted. There were some tracks leading off the summit towards the hut but with the current snow depth route finding could be very challenging. Great 360 degree view from the summit due to the 12-15 feet of snowpack on the summit.
