Trail is unconsolidated after the recent snow. Trail was broken out until about 0.1mi before Avalon summit. Avalon trail is not broken out beyond (i.e. heading up Mt. Field). I broke trail to summit but it will probably be largely drifted over from high winds today. Snowshoes a must. |
