Comments
Comments: Ascended via Ski area. Made first recent track over to Wildcat "E" peak. Lots of big drifts and face slapping branches.
Did an out and back to Wildcat "A" along the Wildcat Ridge. Trail seemed to be tracked by Bare Booting
Snowboarders on their way to ski the glades into Carter Notch, where they descended just before Wildcat "B"
It was a choppy mess until then, but our group of 3 was able to smooth it out a bit.
On the way back, we encountered a group of 4 all wearing snowshoes, so the trail should be in great shape for now. Great day along the ridge with excellent views due to the snow pack where normally there isn't any.
Warm temps, and great company with Billy and Rachel.
