Comments
Comments: Trails and snowshoe trough is very well established right now, not sure if there new snow happening up there right now or not. The snow pack is real deep! Careful not to step off to the side too far. Parking at this place, at least in the winter is sort of mystery, at least to me and a few others. Saw a ton of hikers out there on Saturday, most I've seen in the past few weeks. Weather was perfect! Slight breeze, perfect blue skies. The warming temps later in the day definitely had the snow softening, and with all the bare-booters out there today, I fear what the trail looked like after I finished. The snow past the cabin was soft and drifty but still stable enough underneath for snowshoes. Full story and pics in link below. 45/48
