No issue parking at Five Corners. I was the second car there, probably a dozen when I got down. |

All 100% bridged. Wouldn’t have even noticed them if it wasn’t for the gurgling of running water. |

Pretty perfect winter hiking day. Every group I passed, save one, had snowshoes on. Track is pretty perfect. No need for anything other than snowshoes.
Road walk: Nicely packed due to snowmobile traffic. Barebootable.
Gale River Trail: Perfect snowshoe highway.
Garfield Ridge Trail: Great snowshoe pack. Be ready to fight the branches.
Twinway: Below about 4200’, it's bushy. Snow is much less packed than Gale River/Garfield Ridge. Did some controlled snowshoe skiing on the way down.
Frost Trail: Bushy, but a good snowshoe track. |
