Comments
Comments: The mono rail on Glen Cliff is very stable. A light coating of powder over the hard pack meant snowshoes were tempting, but 2/3rd's of folks ascending today were in trail spikes or bare booting. Snow depth up high is still 5-6'. Above the trees the trail was mostly hard packed snow, no need for full crampons today, but after some sleet/rain tomorrow it could be a different story.
