Only a few minor one-step crossings on the trail. The Swift River is nicely crossed on the Albany Covered Bridge. |

Very nice hike on a very nice day. I expected to need snowshoes, however micro-spikes worked fine for the entire loop. We brought snowshoes with us just in case. Beautiful views from both lookouts.
Don't step off the monorail - the snow is at least 3 feet deep, and we saw some postholes just off the side of the monorail as a warning. |
