as other posters notes, a superb day; blue sky, little wind, fresh snow everywhere. infinite visibilty. we were able to spend over a half hour on summit comfortably. some snowshoers (including us), but many with light traction, and stretches on upper trail distorted by buttsledding (making snowshoes a little awkward on chopped up trail).
but, nothing could detract from this very excellent day.
