| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
trailhead parking lot only parks three cars. most parked along York Pond Road side. My front wheel drive Toyota got stuck in the parking lot when I turned in there to make a U turn; -the lot is slanted downhill- and had to be pushed back to the road. Many thanks to the three who helped me with that. |

| Comments: |
Trails were packed down and in great shape, barely any postholes. I snowshoed all the way but a few were in spikes and seemed to be sufficient. Shared the trail with quite a few people; had some pleasant chatting with some fellow hikers at the summit and at the cabin and was given a pretty blue Hawaiian leis. Many thanks to the three who helped push my car back to the road when it’s stuck in the lot.
