Red Trail (from Jesus Valley Rd), Straightback Mt. Trail(green), Belknap Range Trail, Quarry Trail, Quarry Spur, BRT, Red Trail back down.
Nice day! Put snowshoes on pack and wore microspikes all day. Might have been helpful to switch to snowshoes on Quarry Spur but it's so short I didn't bother. Microspikes worked fine everywhere else. Except for a large group (10-15 people) I passed coming down S. Straightback, only saw few people all day. |
