 | Comments: |
Nice short loop over Shannon Mountain. Trails were a mix of snow, ice and bare ground. We wore snowshoes for most of the trip having to take them off just below the summit due to no snow and rocky trails. We left them off to start the descent and then put them back of for a bit just to have to take them off again. Could probably just use spikes until we get more snow but the snowshoes offered better traction and floatation. Great views as always. |
