Walked up snomoed Jefferson Notch Road approx .5 mile to easy crossing of South Branch at former logging road crossing. Followed logging road for a short while until navigating around/under/through considerable blowdown nests slowed us to a crawl. Then followed bearing to recognized summit. Entire bw through young, wide open hardwoods.
Grades - very slight to slight.
Breaking conditions - predominantly 12", occasionally deeper
