Comments
Comments: Planned to summit Carter Dome via Hight but at the trail jct I noticed the trail up to Hight was unbroken. Since the views from Hight are fantastic, I decided to break trail up Hight. What a fight it was. Steep, deep drifts, styrofoam snow not strong enoug to hold my weight, got off trail a couple of times. I made it but I was just too beat to continue to Carter. No matter. The views were amazing!
