Comments
Comments: Stellar day.. Ice on trail starts above the second crossing on Ammo Trail..easy to avoid at first it soon becomes a river of hard ice. Microspikes were barely enough..if I had had my crampons (stupid) I would have put them on and I know Sandy would have been much more comfortable. Icy stretch goes on until the flat spot just below the hut. Rest of trails dry and fine..very special november day. never adjusted clothing the entire day..a few pics
