I keep hearing how Moosilauke is a favorite mountain of many hikers. Yesterday was a great example of why this is. The view was unchecked; Mt Ellen and Camel's Hump were easily seen, and the Presidential Range was crisp against a deep blue sky. Trail was very nicely tamped out, though the drifts up top make you very thankful for the cairns.
Photos are on my blog. |
