Cold but beautiful day to trek up the ol' Pumpbelly Trail to the summit of Mt. Monadnock.
Great mid-winter conditions except for the thin-ish snowcover, some ice, lots of packed powder and rocks with a 1/4" of soft ice (air-filled and fairly grippy with microspikes). |
