| Comments: |
We skied in & out the 2.5 miles on Haystack road, plenty of snow cover but a hard ice base under the fresh snow. On North Twin Trail we used snowshoes up and down. The trail was a firm base with 3-6" of fresh snow on top. We broke trail until just past mile 3 where a solo hiker over took us. After our group of 4 adults/3 kids and another group of 3 snow shoe hikers the trail is well packed out until the next storm. |
