Comments
Comments: Super hike along Greenleaf trail. We broke trail the entire way and only saw animal tracks. It was superb! There’s a very steep snowy passage right before Eagle Pass where you have to stomp out a track with snowshoes. Kinda dicey but doable. Didn’t make it to the hut but to the flat clearing on the right with a view towards Cannon. Fell into a spruce trap here and was happy to have company on this hike but I didn’t need digging out. Going back was a breeze. Saw an orange marmot? Ferrit? With black feet at Eagle Cliff on the return.
