Comments
Comments: Well a nice day out to tag a nh500. We went up the “trail” which was the rod to lots of little cabins. Once past the bigger cabin with the porch, follow the class 6 road. You will see a P or an R and go right, continue right on the next turn a short distance where you can still see the P. Then just follow this old road while it switchbacks up to the cabin that is missing a door. We bushwhcked up to the high point from behind in open woods and found the register. We made followed our line back out not knowing if the “yellow” trail was around as the map online did not show the two trails meeting. The lite snow about 1-2” made for steping interesting as sometimes a little rock would throw my ankle another way. It was like shoulder season out there!
