The Crawford path is a highway right now. There were minimal patches of open water over small streams, but we're talking one step to get over. The trail was perfect! We used light traction the whole way up. It was firm and very grippy. We could just gear up and fly! The Webster Cliff Trail and the Mizpah Cutoff were also in excellent shape. Minimal ice, plenty of grip, and firm snow.
The day was perfect! Views of Washington and just about all of the Presidential range. Temps were in the 20's on the summit with very light and variable winds.
