Comments
Comments: As long as it stays cold, light traction is all that's really needed; the only place I wished for full crampons was the angled snowfield heading down Lafayette on OBT, and some really icy stretches heading down the ridge after the hut. FWT has very little exposed rock compared to OBT. Beautiful day on the ridge (my first time), with skies clearing around noon and very little wind. Tons of people out today. Fantastic way to close out the year.
