Well we went out for peaks that did not have to deal with the water crossings that were elevated today. It was a blue bird day all day with some windy parts. We made it up to D quite nicely and headed up to pole hole central. It seems people went out on Sat in the rainy/mess weather to just D peak. There were many post holes which everything was now frozen. After D there were snowshoes that had post holed from the day before. We made our was to A and the whole time we went in spikes as the snowshoes were very difficult to maneuver with the post holes and trail being narrow at times. All in all a great day and two more peaks in the books! |
